Cette coproduction belgo-n\u00e9\u00e9rlando-danoise d&rsquo;Alex Van Warmerdam\u00a0est inclassable. Situ\u00e9 au carrefour du fantastique mais avec de nombreuses r\u00e9f\u00e9rences mythologiques et folkloriques, le film se pla\u00eet \u00e0 d\u00e9jouer toutes les attentes et interpr\u00e9tations du spectateur. L\u2019ouverture, un v\u00e9ritable morceau de bravoure, nous pr\u00e9sente un homme des bois fuyant devant des gens qui veulent manifestement le tuer. Il se r\u00e9fugie dans une petite banlieue riche o\u00f9 il parvient progressivement \u00e0 rentrer dans la vie d\u2019une famille bourgeoise typique.<\/p>\n<p>Si <em>Borgman <\/em>semblait \u00eatre parti pour \u00eatre une \u0153uvre d\u00e9non\u00e7ant les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales en dressant un portrait acide de la bourgeoisie danoise, le spectateur doit vite renoncer \u00e0 placer ce film dans une cat\u00e9gorie unique. En effet, des cadavres se balancent po\u00e9tiquement au fond d\u2019un \u00e9tang, le vagabond insuffle des r\u00eaves tortur\u00e9s \u00e0 sa ravissante h\u00f4te, tandis qu\u2019une petite fille d\u00e9fonce le cr\u00e2ne de l\u2019ex futur jardinier la propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Vous l\u2019aurez compris, il est difficile de classer cette \u0153uvre. La photographie, parfaitement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, sert le propos de mani\u00e8re efficace. Si l\u2019abus de rebondissement fait parfois perdre sa pertinence au sc\u00e9nario, il n\u2019en reste pas moins que <em>Borgman <\/em>est l\u2019un des films les plus audacieux et originaux de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
