Epouse d\u00e9vou\u00e9e, tante attentionn\u00e9e, la jeune femme m\u00e8ne ses affaires de bon train dans ce monde o\u00f9 la beaut\u00e9 constitue un business tr\u00e8s lucratif.<\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res sc\u00e8nes du film, port\u00e9es par des personnages hauts en couleur, abordent la th\u00e9matique de la transsexualit\u00e9 d\u2019un ton tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger. Coiffure, robes extravagantes et chirurgie: ces travestis \u00e0 la f\u00e9minit\u00e9 d\u00e9complex\u00e9e n\u2019h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 mettre tout en \u0153uvre pour ressembler \u00e0 leurs stars favorites. Si cette obsession excessive de la beaut\u00e9 pr\u00eate tout d\u2019abord \u00e0 sourire, elle ne tarde\u00a0 pas \u00e0 mettre le spectateur mal \u00e0 l\u2019aise. Celui-ci ne tarde en effet pas \u00e0 \u00eatre confront\u00e9 avec les cons\u00e9quences dramatiques de la chirurgie ill\u00e9gale, pratiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide de produits d\u2019origine souvent douteuse.<\/p>\n<p>La force du film r\u00e9side dans son r\u00e9alisme. Sexe, maladie, morts brutales: Eduardo Roy Jr. ne cherche rien \u00e0 \u00a0dissimuler et repr\u00e9sente certaines sc\u00e8nes de mani\u00e8re assez crue. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un choix de mise en sc\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s sobre, le r\u00e9alisateur parvient cependant \u00e0 ne pas tomber dans le pi\u00e8ge de la vulgarit\u00e9. Le film ne choque pas pour choquer, ce r\u00e9alisme brutal \u00e9tant justifi\u00e9 par les revendications d\u2019Eduardo Roy Jr. qui affirme vouloir encourager une r\u00e9flexion par rapport au th\u00e8me encore tr\u00e8s tabou de la transsexualit\u00e9. Point de doute que l\u2019objectif est atteint, puisque les quatre projections du film ont fait salle comble.<\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><strong>Marie Torello<\/strong><\/p>\n<div
