{"id":12617,"date":"2021-04-02T10:56:47","date_gmt":"2021-04-02T08:56:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/?p=12617"},"modified":"2021-05-02T13:14:54","modified_gmt":"2021-05-02T11:14:54","slug":"la-premiere-zad-de-suisse-evacuee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/2021\/04\/la-premiere-zad-de-suisse-evacuee\/","title":{"rendered":"La premi\u00e8re ZAD de Suisse \u00e9vacu\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Le 30 mars, apr\u00e8s 5 mois d\u2019occupation, quelques 200 <\/strong><strong>activistes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expuls\u00e9<\/strong><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong><strong>\u00b7<\/strong><strong>s de leur zone \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre. \u00c0 peu pr\u00e8s le m\u00eame nombre de <\/strong>policier\u00b7\u00e8re\u00b7s <strong>sont intervenu<\/strong><strong>\u00b7e\u00b7<\/strong><strong>s pour une op\u00e9ration qui a dur\u00e9 2 jours.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait pr\u00e9visible, c\u2019\u00e9tait chose sue que les policier\u00b7\u00e8re\u00b7s interviendraient fin mars. Mais la date s\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e quand sur leur page Instagram une alerte a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e le 23 mars, annon\u00e7ant la grande probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une intervention \u00e0 l\u2019aurore du lendemain et appelant \u00e0 la mobilisation d\u2019activistes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ainsi, on a pu assister \u00e0 la venue d\u2019une dizaine de militant\u00b7e\u00b7s les rejoindre avec le train le soir m\u00eame de l\u2019annonce.\u00a0Au petit matin, quelques voitures de polices patrouillaient nerveusement dans les villages aux abords de la colline occup\u00e9e, et des journalistes pr\u00e9paraient leur mat\u00e9riel photo. Ce n\u2019est cependant qu\u2019\u00e0 8 heures que la rumeur s\u2019est confirm\u00e9e avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des premiers fourgons de policiers. Une photo Instagram a alors imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e annon\u00e7ant froidement\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0la police d\u00e9barque.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Une foule de policier\u00b7\u00e8re\u00b7s en \u00e9quipements noirs s\u2019est alors attroup\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des derni\u00e8res habitations au pied de la colline. Iels se sont mis en marche et ont alors fait face \u00e0 un premier barrage d\u2019<em>Extinction Rebellion <\/em>au pied de la colline auquel iels ne s\u2019attendaient pas. Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re sommation et des tentatives de n\u00e9gociation, les premier\u00b7\u00e8re\u00b7s activistes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vacu\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s et ont ensuite avanc\u00e9 progressivement avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un ratrak et une tron\u00e7onneuse en d\u00e9blayant la route d\u2019acc\u00e8s jonch\u00e9e de troncs. Iels firent une nouvelle sommation offrant aux activistes la possibilit\u00e9 de se rendre pacifiquement afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une intervention trop contraignante. Mais cet appel semblait plus formel qu\u2019efficace car les militant\u00b7e\u00b7s criaient plus fort que le m\u00e9gaphone. Iels hurlaient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur un fond de tambour\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Rentrez chez vous\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Vos enfants ne vont pas vous aimer\u00a0\u00bb ou encore \u00ab\u00a0Holcim finance des terroristes.\u00a0\u00bb Mais les casques noirs cuisant au soleil sont rest\u00e9s sto\u00efques devant ces ultimes tentatives d\u2019intimidation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"La premi\u00e8re ZAD de Suisse \u00e9vacu\u00e9e\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vsBc2DsE0xw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>L\u2019attente s\u2019est \u00e9ternis\u00e9e, puis \u00e0 12 heures l\u2019affront a d\u00e9marr\u00e9. Avec un effet de surprise, l\u2019assaut a commenc\u00e9 non sur la barricade principale, mais du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019un flanc de la ZAD, plus vuln\u00e9rable et, en moins de deux minutes, les policiers \u00e9taient \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Quelques cailloux et bombes color\u00e9es ont bien \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9s sur les forces de l\u2019ordre, et l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux\u00b7elles a \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9, mais globalement, comme le voulait le mot d\u2019ordre, aucune r\u00e9sistance violente n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e de la part des activistes. La sc\u00e8ne n\u2019en restait pas moins impressionnante, pour cette r\u00e9gion de campagne habitu\u00e9e au calme (abstraction faite des tirs de mine dans la carri\u00e8re). Entre les deux camps, la presse et les curieux sont rest\u00e9es en retrait pour observer l\u2019action avec attention, certain\u00b7e\u00b7s chantaient m\u00eame pour soutenir les zadistes dans leur martyr. En Parall\u00e8le, diverses manifestations ont eu lieu \u00e0 La Sarraz et \u00e0 Lausanne, en t\u00e9moignage et en soutien aux activistes en garde-\u00e0-vue. Depuis, des plaintes sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement formul\u00e9es sur la page Instagram de la <em>ZAD<\/em>, reprochant \u00e0 la conseill\u00e8re d\u2019\u00c9tat Verte B\u00e9atrice M\u00e9traux (dirigeant le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019\u00c9cologie et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9) sa passivit\u00e9 face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vacuation et exigeant sa d\u00e9mission.<\/p>\n<div
