Retour sur cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement fantastique, mais incroyablement discret.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4><strong>Histoire d\u2019un festival<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Baden n\u2019abrite pas uniquement l\u2019un des casinos suisses les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres, mais aussi le plus important ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne\u00a0culturel du film d\u2019animation du pays. Fantoche a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9e en 1995 dans le but de promouvoir l\u2019infinit\u00e9 de possibilit\u00e9s graphiques qu\u2019offre le cin\u00e9ma d\u2019animation et devait se d\u00e9rouler tous les deux ans. D\u00fb \u00e0 des ins\u00e9curit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res, le festival a \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompu entre 1997 et 2003, mais a pu \u00eatre repris gr\u00e2ce au soutien du canton et de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Cela a tellement contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement de Fantoche que depuis 2010, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a lieu tous les ans.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-vimeo su-u-responsive-media-no\"><iframe width=\"440\" height=\"360\" src=\"\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/136204593?title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0&amp;color=ffffff&amp;autoplay=0&amp;dnt=0&amp;muted=0&amp;texttrack=\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen\" allowfullscreen title=\"\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<h4>Au programme<\/h4>\n<p><\/strong><br \/>\nPour sa treizi\u00e8me \u00e9dition qui est \u00e9galement son vingti\u00e8me anniversaire, le festival sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 avant tout en courts-m\u00e9trages a organis\u00e9 la projection de vingt long-m\u00e9trages, dont la majorit\u00e9 \u00e9taient des premi\u00e8res suisses. La Pologne \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019honneur cette ann\u00e9e avec la diffusion de deux longs et pr\u00e8s de 40 courts-m\u00e9trages anciens et r\u00e9cents. Le v\u00e9lo \u00e9tant un th\u00e8me r\u00e9current dans les animations, Fantoche a mis en place des s\u00e9ances de cin\u00e9ma gratuites, pourvu que les spectateurs p\u00e9dalent pour alimenter l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la diffusion des films. Une s\u00e9lection de films pour le jeune public ainsi qu\u2019une trentaine de courts-m\u00e9trages (peut-\u00eatre plus explicites) au sujet de la famille \u00e9taient au programme. Des expositions et des jeux interactifs \u00e9parpill\u00e9s dans la ville ont aussi anim\u00e9 le festival.<br \/>\n<div class=\"su-youtube su-u-responsive-media-no\"><iframe width=\"640\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XdV1uFwtCpo?\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture\" title=\"\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h4><strong>\u00c9mulation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La tradition des <em>animation shorts<\/em> en comp\u00e9tition nationale et internationale a atteint le summum cette ann\u00e9e, car pas moins de 1\u2019377 films en provenance d\u2019une septantaine de pays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrits. Parmi lesquels se trouvaient des films inachev\u00e9s, tant la participation \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition leur \u00e9tait importante. Et cela a valu le coup\u00a0: le film suisse <em>Ivan\u2019s Need<\/em> a re\u00e7u le prix \u00ab\u00a0High Swiss Risk\u00a0\u00bb malgr\u00e9 sa non-finalisation. Les courts-m\u00e9trages aillant obtenu la mention \u00ab\u00a0Best Film\u00a0\u00bb sont <em>World of Tomorrow<\/em> de l\u2019Am\u00e9ricain Don Hertzfelt au niveau international, et <em>Erlk\u00f6nig<\/em> de <u>George Schwizgebel<\/u> au niveau national. Il faut rappeler que les films d\u2019animations ne sont pas syst\u00e9matiquement des dessins anim\u00e9s et certainement pas uniquement destin\u00e9s aux enfants. Jansons<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4><strong>Plus fant\u00f4me que marionnette<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une r\u00e9percussion toujours croissante, Fantoche est avant tout connu par les habitants de la r\u00e9gion et par les professionnels du milieu cin\u00e9matographique. \u00c0 cause de ce public-cible restreint et peut-\u00eatre aussi des barri\u00e8res linguistiques, le festival n\u2019a pratiquement pas de port\u00e9e m\u00e9diatique nationale. C\u2019est pour cela que l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement ne s\u2019ach\u00e8ve pas apr\u00e8s sa cl\u00f4ture\u00a0: Pour se faire conna\u00eetre, Fantoche hante les salles de projection partout en Suisse, proposant le meilleur de ses courts-m\u00e9trages. Cette visite aura lieu \u00e0 Fri-Son le 27 septembre et autre part en Suisse entre le 23.09 et le 28.11.
