Pourtant, il existe depuis 6 ans un festival qui a su profiter du relatif calme culturel de f\u00e9vrier pour s\u2019implanter et offrir une programmation de qualit\u00e9. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le mot d\u2019ordre est \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9nergie\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0!<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2745 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/affiche_goulag-2016-01-1-212x300.jpeg\" alt=\"Affiche_Goulag-2016-01 (1)\" width=\"212\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/affiche_goulag-2016-01-1-212x300.jpeg 212w, https:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/affiche_goulag-2016-01-1-335x473.jpeg 335w, https:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/affiche_goulag-2016-01-1.jpeg 453w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 212px) 100vw, 212px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le Festival Goulag tient son nom un brin provocateur de son lieu de production, \u00e0 savoir le parking ext\u00e9rieur pr\u00e8s d\u2019Emma\u00fcs \u00e0 la pisciculture, faisant fi du froid et des intemp\u00e9ries. L\u2019\u00e9quipe du festival est consciente que l\u2019emplacement du festival peut para\u00eetre probl\u00e9matique pour les moins courageux et propose ainsi des navettes TPF gratuites, en plus de boissons et nourritures produites par des commer\u00e7ants r\u00e9gionaux.<br \/>\nEt comme d&rsquo;habitude, les concerts du Goulag sont gratuits.<\/p>\n<p>Le festival fut fond\u00e9 par Xavier Meyer en 2010, alors en fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes. Parti d\u2019un budget tr\u00e8s modeste, partiellement financ\u00e9 par l\u2019AGEF, le festival a tr\u00e8s vite su fid\u00e9liser un public fid\u00e8le et nombreux. On peut le constater avec la pr\u00e9sence cette ann\u00e9e du groupe de Hip-Hop <strong>Murmures Barbares<\/strong>. Leurs textes incisifs et leur pr\u00e9sence \u00e9lectrisante sur sc\u00e8ne s\u2019inscrivent pourtant parfaitement dans la tradition du festival. Leur participation n\u2019est pas innocente car en tant que groupe fribourgeois, ils servent l\u2019un des grands buts du festival\u00a0; de promouvoir les artistes du canton. L\u2019esprit punk et le style gitan ne sont pas oubli\u00e9s comme en t\u00e9moigne l\u2019autre t\u00eate d\u2019affiche de cette \u00e9dition 2016\u00a0; <strong>Palko\u00a0!Muski<\/strong> qui m\u00eale la musique gitane et le rock provocateur. Si ces groupes sont pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est notamment gr\u00e2ce au charg\u00e9 de communication et co-programmateur <strong>Eduardo Mendez<\/strong>. Musicien lui-m\u00eame, il est familier avec le milieu.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, lorsque il travaillait pour Unimix, il a pu rencontrer les artistes qui figurent cette ann\u00e9e au festival. La volont\u00e9 de soutenir les productions locales et les concerts gratuits est comme un pied de nez au circuit des manifestations culturelles subventionn\u00e9es, dans une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le co\u00fbt de la culture est un vrai sujet de d\u00e9bat. A l\u2019image du nom du festival, le second degr\u00e9 et la libert\u00e9 de ton sont les ma\u00eetres. Pour Eduardo, s\u2019il fallait r\u00e9sumer le Goulag en trois mots, ce serait sans h\u00e9siter <em>\u00ab Punk, Vodka, Cornichons\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Guillaume
