{"id":2837,"date":"2016-03-16T11:24:16","date_gmt":"2016-03-16T10:24:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/?p=2837"},"modified":"2016-03-16T11:39:37","modified_gmt":"2016-03-16T10:39:37","slug":"les-eighties-decennie-politique-et-pop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/student.unifr.ch\/spectrum\/2016\/03\/les-eighties-decennie-politique-et-pop\/","title":{"rendered":"Les eighties, d\u00e9cennie politique et \u00ab pop \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"embed-container\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><center><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><strong>58 ANS D\u2019HISTOIRE SPECTRUM : EPISODE 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/center><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yumpu.com\/fr\/embed\/view\/rqYARsHvoE06dgt9\" width=\"700\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les ann\u00e9es 80 sont des ann\u00e9es politiquement riches dans le monde entier, \u00e0 commencer par les politiques lib\u00e9rales men\u00e9es aux USA par Reagan et au Royaume-Uni par Thatcher, puis la \u00ab\u00a0<em>g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Mitterrand<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb en France, et enfin la <strong>chute du mur de Berlin<\/strong> en 1989. Mais les d\u00e9cisions politiques ne survivent rarement \u00e0 leur temps. Ce qui n\u2019est pas le cas de certains artistes qui sont devenus durant les \u00ab\u00a0eighties\u00a0\u00bb des stars intemporelles de la musique. Il s\u2019agit notamment de <strong>Prince<\/strong> ou encore de <strong>Michael Jackson<\/strong>, avec la sortie de son album Thriller.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des \u00e9v\u00e8nements moins r\u00e9jouissants, comme la catastrophe nucl\u00e9aire de <strong>Tchernobyl<\/strong> en 1986 ou les repr\u00e9sailles violentes du gouvernements chinois face \u00e0 des manifestations pacifiques d\u2019\u00e9tudiants sur la<strong> place Tian\u2019anmen<\/strong> \u00e0 P\u00e9kin ont \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quant au journal Spectrum, quels \u00e9taient les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s par les \u00e9tudiants journalistes\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n[quote text_size=\u00a0\u00bbsmall\u00a0\u00bb]\n<p>&#8230; des manifestations x\u00e9nophobes ont lieu &#8230;<\/p>\n[\/quote]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La couverture du magazine de 1984 titre de fa\u00e7on provoquante \u00ab\u00a0<em>R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s\u00a0: Bostryches \u00e0 Fribourg\u00a0?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Cette th\u00e9matique, tant actuelle, peut nous rappeler \u00e0 quel point la question des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s traverse les ann\u00e9es. Mais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque les mots employ\u00e9s sont forts\u00a0: on peut lire dans l\u2019article que \u00ab\u00a0<em>Fribourg d\u00e9gage des relents racistes\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb ou encore que des \u00ab<em>\u00a0manifestations x\u00e9nophobes<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb ont lieu. Peut-\u00eatre serait-il temps aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019utiliser \u00e0 nouveau de tels mots lorsqu\u2019on \u00e9voque ces probl\u00e8mes afin de choquer certains esprits certes, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019alerter les citoyens sur la gravit\u00e9 de cette crise migratoire qui se d\u00e9roule aux portes de l\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans ce m\u00eame num\u00e9ro, les bourses d\u2019\u00e9tude font aussi d\u00e9bat et l\u00e0 encore, cette probl\u00e9matique semble perdurer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En mars 1985, c\u2019est l\u2019actualit\u00e9 de <strong>FRI-SON<\/strong> qui occupe la section \u00ab\u00a0<em>culture\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb du journal estudiantin. En effet, c\u2019est durant cette ann\u00e9e que <strong>FRI-SON<\/strong> s\u2019installe d\u00e9finitivement \u00e0 la Rue de l\u2019Industrie, dans les locaux qu\u2019on lui connait aujourd\u2019hui. A l\u2019\u00e9poque d\u00e9j\u00e0, le club fribourgeois offrait une musique alternative \u00e0 celle des salles de concert habituelles et enjouait les habitants de notre ch\u00e8re ville. A nouveau, le d\u00e9placement de FRI-SON a fait d\u00e9bat en 2015 et cela se prolongera certainement durant cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-container\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yumpu.com\/fr\/embed\/view\/7QCbvjmaXB8qynuW\" width=\"700\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le vent de protestation internationale qui marque l\u2019ann\u00e9e 1989 s\u2019est \u00e9galement fait ressentir dans les rangs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Fribourg, \u00e0 en croire le num\u00e9ro de mars de cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0. En effet, les \u00e9tudiants en Travail Social ont \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque manifest\u00e9 devant le rectorat pour se plaindre des conditions dans lesquelles ils devaient travailler. Il lui \u00e9tait notamment reproch\u00e9 le manque d\u2019effectif\u00a0: en effet, la facult\u00e9 employait <strong>un seul professeur pour 210 \u00e9tudiants<\/strong> ce qui rendait l\u2019ambiance de travail insoutenable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans ce m\u00eame num\u00e9ro, un article est d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019artiste dada\u00efste allemand <strong>Max Ersnt<\/strong>. Cela tombe bien car en 2016, la ville de Zurich f\u00eate ses cent ans de Dada, mouvement qui est n\u00e9 au sein des murs du <strong>Cabaret Voltaire.<\/strong> Des soir\u00e9es th\u00e9matiques, des manifestations, des expositions ainsi que des performances seront organis\u00e9es par la ville pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ce centenaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A noter finalement que les num\u00e9ros de Spectrum des ann\u00e9es 80 sont r\u00e9dig\u00e9s en bilingue, allemand-fran\u00e7ais et que la description du journal sur la page de titre est \u00e9galement traduite en\u2026 italien.
