Apr\u00e8s avoir captur\u00e9 un comptable de g\u00e9nie, une polici\u00e8re undercover r\u00e9unit une hackeuse, un illusionniste cleptomane, un faussaire et sa petite fille cambrioleuse vont tenter de pi\u00e9ger \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ghost<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Par le r\u00e9alisateur de <em>Hollow<\/em>, excellent film d\u2019horreur diffus\u00e9 au NIFFF l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, ce long-m\u00e9trage est dans la lign\u00e9e des films d\u2019actions \u00e0 suspense tels que <em>Mission Impossible<\/em> et <em>Now You See Me<\/em>. Le r\u00e9alisateur avait initialement l\u2019intention de faire un long-m\u00e9trage sur le braquage d\u2019une banque, mais le Vietnam ne disposant pas de grande banque, l\u2019enjeu financier traditionnellement cash a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par de la monnaie cryptographique.<\/p>\n<p>En phase avec l\u2019actualit\u00e9, ce cyber thriller fait partie de la nouvelle vague du cin\u00e9ma vietnamien dont l\u2019industrie a pendant longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur les films de propagande. Apr\u00e8s une longue semaine de shots du show sp\u00e9cial Nouvel An, un accident de tournage provoque la mort d\u2019un des figurants. Mais \u00ab\u00a0<em>The Show Must Go On<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb et malgr\u00e9 la cumulation in\u00e9puisable de p\u00e9rip\u00e9ties plus d\u00e9jant\u00e9es les unes des autres, les repr\u00e9sentations continuent comme si de rien n\u2019\u00e9tait. De plus, chaque personne voulant sortir de cet enfer de production se retrouvera face \u00e0 une foule de manifestants r\u00e9cemment licenci\u00e9e par le studio.<\/p>\n<p>Non, ce film n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec <em>Phantom of the Paradise<\/em>. Com\u00e9die joyeuse, mouvement\u00e9e et color\u00e9e, <em>Mi Gran Noche<\/em> se moque du monde du spectacle en y montrant le chaos que peuvent provoquer ce genre de manifestation. Avec la succession d\u2019incidents farfelus, vous ne risquerez pas de vous ennuyer. Cependant, un lien inattendu se forme entre les deux femmes, influen\u00e7ant pour le meilleur et pour le pire les projets de l\u2019escroc. S\u2019en suit alors un jeu narratif raffin\u00e9 o\u00f9 le spectateur se demande qui dupe et qui est dup\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une adaptation libre du roman policier historique <em>Du bout des doigts<\/em> de Sarah Waters, qui se passe originairement en 1860 en Angleterre. Cette interpr\u00e9tation se situe en 1930 en Cor\u00e9e sous occupation japonaise, modifiant ainsi le contexte politique du r\u00e9cit. Pour mieux faire comprendre les subtilit\u00e9s linguistiques du film \u00e0 un public occidental, les dialogues en cor\u00e9en et en japonais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 traduits par des sous-titres de couleurs diff\u00e9rentes selon la langue.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit d\u2019\u00eatre un thriller \u00e9rotique, <em>The Handmaiden<\/em> est un film qui d\u00e9nonce l\u2019assujettissement de la femme par des th\u00e9matiques explicitement sadiques. Il y montre \u00e9galement le manque de scrupule et l\u2019\u00e9go\u00efsme du genre humain \u00e0 travers les classes sociales. Parmi les high-lights du palmar\u00e8s, la plus notable \u00e9tait celle <strong>Claude Lander<\/strong>, qui est venu pr\u00e9senter le prix de l\u2019innovation avec un string rose en clin d\u2019\u0153il au justicier en slip <em>Hentai<\/em> <em>Kamen<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9alisateurs \u00e0 qui les prix \u00e9taient d\u00e9cern\u00e9s \u00e9taient tous absents et ont envoy\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o de remerciement pour tout de m\u00eame t\u00e9moigner leur gratitude. Les 2 r\u00e9alisateurs de <em>Swiss Army Man<\/em>, \u00e0 qui trois prix \u00e9taient attribu\u00e9s, ont r\u00e9agi dignement \u00e0 la mentalit\u00e9 de leur film en concluant leur speech par \u00ab\u00a0<em>You guys are weirdos deep in your hearts<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Seul le Prix M\u00e9li\u00e8s a pu \u00eatre remis en main propre, mais il n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 que par un repr\u00e9sentant de la maison de distribution du film promu.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"button\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nifff.ch\/site\/fr\/news\/palmares-2016\"> &#8211;> Le palmar\u00e8s de la seizi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du NIFF<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ainsi s\u2019ach\u00e8ve la seizi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du <strong>NIFFF<\/strong>, pleine de bonnes surprises et de perles cin\u00e9matographiques difficiles \u00e0 conna\u00eetre autrement que par ce festival. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la programmation et l\u2019organisation du <strong>NIFFF<\/strong> surpasse celle de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, nous nous r\u00e9jouissons d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0
