Premi\u00e8re internationale, le film retrace la vie de Stephan Zweig exil\u00e9 au Br\u00e9sil durant la seconde guerre mondiale.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"dropcap dropcap-borders\">En quatre chapitres, le film nous plonge dans le Br\u00e9sil o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9crivain juif autrichien Stephan Zweig a trouv\u00e9 refuge durant la seconde guerre mondiale. Nous apercevons la m\u00e9lancolie de l\u2019exil\u00e9, ses patries d\u2019accueil successives et sa fragilit\u00e9 sans jamais tomber dans un pathos surjou\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rents moments d\u00e9coup\u00e9s par ces chapitres permettent d\u2019appr\u00e9hender l\u2019\u00e9crivain en focalisation externe comme si nous \u00e9tions nous m\u00eame \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s, de le cerner par ce qu\u2019il dit en conf\u00e9rence, \u00e0 tous ces inconnus admiratifs, \u00e0 ses amis, \u00e0 sa femme, comme si finalement ils racontaient eux-m\u00eames l\u2019histoire. On attrape des moments bruts et on tente de les assimiler, d\u2019en tirer nos propres conclusions.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Z1RAT0c9mwc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Int\u00e9ressant parti pris pour un biopic d\u2019\u00e9crivain o\u00f9 on aurait pu s\u2019attendre \u00e0 trouver des moments de solitude et d\u2019\u00e9criture, o\u00f9, en d\u2019autres termes, nous aurions cru avoir un acc\u00e8s direct aux pens\u00e9es profondes de l\u2019auteur. La r\u00e9alisatrice prend le parti de nous faire vivre aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9crivain plut\u00f4t que dans sa t\u00eate.
