Welcome to the survey on "Migros' social media communication".

This study is undertaken at the University of St. Gallen. We would like to invite you to participate in this survey and answer the following questionnaire.

Social media has become a primary tool for higher levels of fan engagement, directly driving lead generation through interaction and content sharing that is of important relevance in today's business world. The aim of this research is to conduct an analysis of Migros' social media communication best practices and identify how this enhances "Trust" among customers.
